- General Return Policy
At Minivacu, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of the Mini Vacuum Sealer. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help.
Return Window: You have 15 calendar days from the date you received your item(s) to initiate a return.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in the original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase (such as your order number) is required to complete your return.
- How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at contact.minivacu@gmail.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
- Photos of the item if the return is due to damage or defect
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on where to send the package.
- Shipping Costs for Returns
Free Returns (within 15 days): If you are returning the Mini Vacuum Sealer because it is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, Minivacu will cover the cost of return shipping.
Customer Paid Returns: If you are returning the item due to a change of mind, you are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refunds
After we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
Approved Refund: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method (credit card or payment service).
Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
- Damaged or Defective Items
